Now complete, the challenge of designing, engineering and constructing a structure like 56 Leonard was a big one for many reasons.

An extremely small footprint, many cantilevers, its significant height and location in the heart of one of the world’s most recognisable skylines meant that development of 56 Leonard, New York’s Jenga Tower, threw up many challenges along the way.

The video explains how design and engineering decisions were made for this significant structure that now stands proudly in Lower Manhattan as an impressive feat of engineering, bringing its own unique impact to the New York skyline.
