[VIDEO] What is “Scan to BIM”?

In this latest video, The B1M explain the process of “scan to BIM.”

Referring to 3D laser scanning of a physical space or site in order to create an accurate representation of it for the purpose of designing, assessing progress or evaluating options, “scan to BIM” is shown in its full glory in this video.

In order to show a detailed example of the process, The B1M commissioned a 3D laser scan of St James’ Church in London, which is a striking and beautiful heritage building.

This will show how the process works, as well as the benefits of using this process.
